A personal concierge app for luxury villa guests

OVERVIEW
Villa de la Douche Provence is a luxury villa rental business with six properties spread across Europe. The owner wanted a way to enhance the guest experience beyond the standard check-in email. Instead of sending PDFs or long message threads with local tips and house rules, guests now receive a single link to a personalized app tailored to the villa they are staying at.
Each guest account is activated for the duration of their stay, with a start and end date set by the owner. Within that window, guests have access to a curated, branded environment with everything they need for their trip.

CHALLENGES
Each villa has its own surroundings, local hotspots, activities, restaurants, and practical information. Before the app, this was shared through messages, printed booklets, or scattered documents. Information quickly became outdated, was hard to maintain across multiple properties, and every guest got the same generic experience regardless of which villa they booked. The owner needed a system where he could manage content per villa, keep it up to date, and give guests a premium, personalized experience from the moment they arrive.
How do you give every guest a personal, up-to-date concierge experience, across six different villas in different countries, without the owner having to manually manage it all?

SOLUTIONS
We built a guest experience app using Laravel, FilamentPHP and Livewire. The owner has full control through a dashboard where he manages villas, guests, and content.
For the owner
A dashboard to create guest accounts with a start and end date, the link is only active during the guest's stay.
Content management per villa, organized by category, hotspots, activities, restaurants, practical information, and more.
Updates can be made at any time, and guests always see the latest version.
An AI-powered chatbot built on the OpenAI Response API, trained on the owner's own documents.
Documents can be updated through OpenAI, and the chatbot automatically reflects the latest information.
For guests
A personalized link that gives access to a custom environment for their specific villa.
Local hotspots, activities, and recommendations curated for the area around their villa.
Everything organized by category for easy browsing.
