OVERVIEW

Happy App is the mobile companion to the Happyoffer dashboard. While the dashboard is where businesses create and build interactive proposals, the app is designed for sales teams on the move. It gives users instant access to their proposals, clients, and activity from their phone, without needing to open a laptop.


The app is available on both iOS and Android, built using Ionic for a native experience across both platforms.

CHALLENGES

Sales teams are often on the road, meeting clients, attending events, or working remotely. Between meetings, they need a quick way to check the status of a proposal, see if a client has opened it, or look up client details. Opening a laptop and logging into the dashboard is not always practical.


Happyoffer needed a lightweight mobile solution that gave users the essential information at their fingertips, without trying to replicate the full dashboard experience on a small screen.

How do you give sales teams real-time access to their proposals and clients when they are away from their desk?

SOLUTIONS

We built a mobile app using Ionic, deployed to both iOS and Android from a single codebase. The app connects directly to the Happyoffer platform and provides a focused, mobile-first experience.


The app gives users:

  • A real-time overview of all proposals and their current status

  • A client list with key information accessible at a glance

  • Proposal activity and tracking, see which proposals have been opened, viewed, or are awaiting approval

  • Push notifications to stay informed about client interactions

  • A clean, fast interface designed for quick lookups between meetings, not for creating proposals


The app complements the dashboard rather than replacing it. Creating proposals with the page builder remains a desktop experience, while the app handles everything a sales team needs on the go.
